Founded by licensed mental health professionals with extensive experience in Washington’s L&I system, Washington Mental Health Services was created to meet the unique needs of injured workers. Our team brings more than a decade of combined experience supporting individuals through complex recoveries, emotionally, physically, and psychologically. We understand how isolating and frustrating the workers’ compensation process can be. In fact, some of us have been through it ourselves. That lived experience fuels our empathy and deepens our commitment to those we serve.
