At Washington Mental Health Services, we specialize in telehealth counseling services for those struggling with workplace injuries. Collaborating with your medical providers, we are here to ensure you have comprehensive care, supporting you in every step toward improving well-being after an injury. Our counseling sessions can help to reduce stress and anxiety related to managing pain, uncertainty of treatment outcomes, strain on family relationships, overcoming fears of re-injury, managing the claim process, dealing with daily isolation, and coping with grief from limitations in daily activities. These situations can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to go through this alone. We are here to help you rebuild resilience, reclaim your strength, and rediscover a sense of well-being and purpose. Counseling gives a safe, confidential space where you can talk about your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with a trained professional who listens without judgment.
